This qualification is part of the Floristry Training Package. It is aimed at more experienced employees in the floristry industry. It is suitable for individuals with well-developed floristry skills to design, construct and sell a diverse range of floristry products. Using discretion and judgement, they work with some independence and under limited supervision.

About Cultural Immersion Pty LtdEstablished in 2009, Cultural Immersion Pty Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation offering training in floristry, retail, make-up and skin care, venues and events, youth work, education support, employment services, community services, foundation skills, education and skills development and English language and literacy. It specialises in providing accredited training, personal development services and minor case-management and counselling to disadvantaged and disengaged youth, single parents and other disadvantaged groups. Other major student groups are FLO students through ICAN, people of CaLD backgrounds (new Australians and people from non-English speaking backgrounds), mature aged students as well as those returning to study after a long absence from work.
