This qualification is part of the Food Processing Training Package. It has been designed to meet the needs of industry and employers by providing the Apprentice/ Trainee with the practical and professional skills he or she requires to develop into a competent Bread-maker.

The three main sites for delivery will be at the main ACIKE Hub CDU Casuarina campus and at the BIITE campuses at Batchelor and the Alice Springs Desert Peoples' Centre.
