This qualification is part of the Business Services Training Package. It reflects the role of individuals who use well-developed administrative skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of administrative contexts in a supervisory role. Individuals will learn how to develop good business networks and relationships, implement plans and projects, and promote improvement and innovation in the workplace continuously. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.

About Help EnterprisesEstablished in 1968, Help Enterprises is a Registered Training Organisation located at seven different sites across Brisbane North, Redcliffe, Caboolture and Bribie Island. The provider offers courses from Certificate I to Diploma level, most of which can be funded for eligible jobseekers. Help Enterprises offers nationally-recognised training in horticulture, hospitality, engineering, automotive, construction, retail, asset maintenance, warehousing, business, aged care and disability services, training and education, and language, literacy and numeracy. Office administrators undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within an organisation run smoothly. They may be responsible for the management of human resources, budgets, accommodation and property facilities and records.
