This qualification is part of the Sport, Fitness and Recreation Training Package. It reflects the role of individuals who apply the skills and knowledge to work in the sport and recreation industry in an administrative or organisational capacity in locations such as fitness centres, outdoor sporting grounds or complexes, aquatic centres or sporting organisations and associations. Persons with this level of competency would support the management of ancillary functions required to ensure the effective provisions of specific services and programs.

The College - Outdoor Training College is a branch of Above & Below Adventure Company Pty Ltd and delivers flexible learning, education, holistic training and assessment in outdoor recreation and sport & recreation. The College consists of highly qualified and experienced trainers and assessors in the areas of outdoor recreation and sport and recreation, including first aid, advanced first aid and wilderness first aid.
