This qualification is part of the Community Services Training Package. It reflects the role of educators who are responsible for the day-to-day running of a before and after school care and/or vacation care service, including planning, implementing and managing programs which address regulatory and duty of care requirements. They will have responsibility for the supervision of volunteers and or other staff.

About METS Training ServicesMETS Training Services is a Registered Training Organisation. They offer early childhood training and professional development for the children's services profession as well as qualifications in the disability, aged care and business sectors. Additionally, to cater for students with a disability who are employed in the warehouse environment, they offer qualifications in the warehousing sector.par METS courses are delivered through a number of options which include funded and non-funded traineeships, fee-for-service and correspondence.
