This qualification is part of the Music Training Package. It is designed for people who wish to develop specialist expertise in the music industry and learn how to apply sound production principles in practical situations such as setting up and operating stage monitor systems and composing and producing sound recordings.

Life after Study
Musicians write, arrange, orchestrate, perform, record and conduct musical compositions.
Production crew members look after the setting up, dismantling, removal and maintenance of music and theatre production equipment for stage performances. They also transport and maintain equipment between shows.
