This course is professionally-oriented and is intended for participants who are new or reasonably new to working as IBMYP teachers. The key aim of this course is to instil an understanding of the IBMYP and how it is implemented in schools. In particular the course aims to foster a practical understanding of curriculum, pedagogy and assessment issues related to the IBMYP and to enable participants to develop in their role as an IBMYP practitioner.

- Part-time internal = 1 year
18 units. Students need to complete 4 compulsory topics: IBMYP Curriculum Foundations; IBMYP Curriculum Processes; Teaching, Learning and Assessment in the IBMYP; and Classroom Diversity and the IMNYP. Topics are offered in intensive workshop mode, comprising 5 consecutive days of presentations, seminars and interactive workshops on campus at Flinders University and will be followed by a 3 day field investigation in IB schools.
