This program provides a broad introduction to the fundamental aspects of information technology and is primarily designed for those who have studied little or no IT in their previous degree. Students gain the necessary knowledge and skills to equip them for a career in IT. As well as gaining a broad foundation, students are able to choose elective subjects from a wide range of options.

Applicants with a recognised bachelor's degree in computing or information technology (or equivalent) may apply for credit recognition equivalent to the 24-credit-point Graduate Certificate in Information Technology.
