2022 Ratings: Student Support

There is no one university that is best for all students, since different things matter to different people. Our ratings provide a series of insights on Australian universities, helping those in the process of deciding where to study.  

Courses and institutions differ in many ways and only you can decide which differences really matter to you the most. Check out the ratings for universities and filter by study level (undergraduate or postgraduate).  

The Student Support rating looks at the proportion of students who were satisfied with the support they received from their institution.  

It is based on the extent to which students felt they: 

  • received support to settle into study 

  • experienced efficient enrolment and admissions processes 

  • felt orientation activities were helpful 

  • found administrative staff and services, career advisers, academic or learning advisers, counsellors, financial advisers and health services to be available and helpful.
