Entry requirements for Academy of Information Technology (AIT)
Requirements for diploma courses: Year 12 or equivalent; Literacy and numeracy skills; or Certificate II.
Requirements for bachelor: Year 12 or equivalent; minimum English language requirements is International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic) English to a standard of 6.0. AIT has a guideline ATAR of 60 however they can accept students based on a portfolio submission if ATAR was lower than 60. Students who completed an AIT Diploma or have industry experience may also gain direct entry into a Bachelor Degree.par Applications for Melbourne Students are to be done via VTAC.
