Conduct a Streetscape Access Audit (CPP Unit)

Access Institute

This unit is part of the Property Services Training Package. It specifies the competency required to perform access audits of the urban streetscape. The streetscape audit may be conducted on behalf of developers or local government for the purposes of reviewing compliance, or on behalf of local government for precinct accessibility upgrades. The unit requires the ability to communicate with developers, traffic engineers and local government personnel on the interpretation and implementation of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and traffic engineering legislation.
