This qualification is part of the Property Services Training Package. It provides students with the skills required to provide advice on the provision of access to people with disabilities and their families as well as to governments, the building industry, designers, and owners and managers of buildings and facilities.

25 units: 15 core and 10 elective

Subjects you can Study:

Core: Manage risk; Apply legislation to urban development and building controls; Apply disability awareness to assessing access situations; Apply building control legislation to assess small-scale buildings for access; Communicate effectively as an access consultant; Conduct a building access audit; plus more and electives.
