Inspire curiosity as a secondary school teacher. With this accredited teaching degree, you'll be qualified to teach students from years 7-12. In this degree you'll learn how to create positive learning and engaging environments and explore adolescent development. Gain experience creating lesson sequences, supporting individual learning goals and leading assessments - skills that are essential for fostering student success. As part of your studies, you'll build specialised knowledge across two subject areas aligned with the Australian Curriculum. Entry requirements
- Secondary education (Year 12).
- Completion of a secondary education qualification equivalent to the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE).
- Vocational Education and Training (VET).
- Completion of an award from a registered training organisation (RTO) at Diploma (AQF level 5) or higher.
- Higher education study.
- Successful completion of at least 6 months full-time study (or equivalent part-time) in a higher education award program.
