It is designed as a general qualification for the Warehousing and Storage Industry and involves a defined range of skilled operations, usually within a range of broader related activities involving known routines, methods and procedures, with some discretion and judgement in selecting equipment, services or contingency measures and within known time constraints.

Core: Apply chain of responsibility legislation, regulations and workplace procedures; Follow work health and safety procedures; Complete workplace orientation/induction procedures. Electives: Carry out culler facer canceller operations; Operate computerised mail and parcels sorting equipment; Dock boards on mechanical feeds; Manufacture pallets using automated methods; Undertake disposal program; Follow security procedures when working with goods and cargo; Implement grain protection procedures; Rig load; Implement/monitor procedures when warehousing/storing dangerous goods/hazardous substances; plus more.
