This workshop is suitable for anyonehandling food in the community & health serviceindustries – Aged Care, Home and Community Care,Childcare, Hospitals, Disability services and charitablefundraising organisations.
Structure
A self-paced written theory assessment viacorrespondence is undertaken prior to the workshop.Upon successful completion, you will undertake aworkshop practical assessment over a two hourduration*. Practical skills will be observed in either yourworkplace or at one of our facilities in a simulatedenvironment.
