The MSM20116 Certificate II in Process Manufacturing provides the competencies required by competent production workers who undertake vital production support roles directly related to producing products. Production workers apply a breadth and depth of knowledge to a defined range of situations and would be expected to apply this knowledge to solve a defined range of problems by applying known solutions to a limited range of predictable problems.This qualification has been developed for use across the three process manufacturing sectors:chemical, hydrocarbons and refiningplastics, rubber and cablemakingmanufactured mineral products.
