This qualification is part of the Business Services Training Package. This entry-level qualification allows individuals across a variety of industry sectors to develop basic skills and knowledge to prepare for work. They may undertake a range of simple tasks under close supervision. The range of technical skills and knowledge is limited.

Electives: Use business equipment and resources; Work effectively in a business environment; Apply basic communication skills; Operate a personal computer; Develop keyboard skills; Produce simple word processed document; Create and use spreadsheets; Plan skills development; Participate in environmentally sustainable work practices; Organise and complete daily work activities.
