Core: Analyse and apply adult literacy teaching practices; Analyse and apply adult numeracy teaching practices; Develop English language skills of adult learners; Implement and evaluate delivery of adult language, literacy and numeracy skills. Electives: Design and conduct pre-training assessment of adult language, literacy and numeracy skills; Lead the delivery of adult language, literacy and numeracy support services; Lead and coordinate assessment systems and services; Formulate workplace strategy for adult language, literacy and numeracy skill development; Initiate, develop and evaluate adult language, literacy and numeracy resources.
