The Master of Leadership has been designed for current and aspiring leaders in Catholic education to develop leadership capacity in the contexts of both the workplace and intellectual, emotional, spiritual and relational formation of the whole person. Graduates will demonstrate knowledge, skills, attitudes and values appropriate to work within a specifically Catholic context. The course will enable participants with varying leadership and career circumstances to select appropriate units to best meet their needs. There are a number of nested courses within the Master of Leadership providing flexible exit points. These include: Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership (Catholic Education); Graduate Diploma in Leadership. Students are able to exit the course with a Postgraduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma. The course consists of 11 units (120 cp) with three Core units, six Discipline Elective units, a research preparation unit and a research unit aligned with a Capstone Applied Project unit. The Master of Leadership will be offered in partnership with the Catholic Leadership Centre in Melbourne and r requires students to complete some of their units through residential intensive mode. This approach will foster the intellectual, emotional, spiritual and relational formation of the whole person. The small group setting also enables personalised learning experiences shared with others with similar goals.

- Bachelors degree in Education or equivalent
- Bachelor degree in an area other than Education and a recognised teaching qualification
Graduates may progress to research higher degree, doctoral programs.
