The Australian College of Christian Studies (formerly known as Tabor College NSW) offers courses in Theology, Social Science, and Ministry with majors in Pastoral Leadership, Counselling, Chaplaincy, Systematic Theology and Biblical Studies. Accredited courses range from Diploma to Bachelor level.
The College is a Christian institution accepting students from all denominations and seeks to provide education which is Christ-centred, biblically based, ministry-oriented, positively expressed and spiritually empowered, to equip people to serve the Church and the wider community. FEE-HELP is available for eligible students (Australian citizens).
Entry requirements for Australian College of Christian Studies
For entry into any ACCS courses, an applicant is normally expected to have the following: relevant entry-level qualification or mature age entry; at least twelve months experience as a committed Christian; a satisfactory interview with a faculty member; and a character reference endorsing the entry application.
Transfering your previous study credits
The College has a formal process in which applicants can seek to be given credit for prior relevant study or experience.
External study opportunities
Students can select some subjects to be done externally, but most subjects need to be done on campus.
