This qualification is part of the Textiles, Clothing and Footwear Training Package. It is designed to cover high-level skills in fashion and textiles merchandising, marketing and product development processes and systems. These skills will be used in product and brand development and management roles.

44 units: 16 core; 28 electives. Or diploma plus 10 units.

Core: Operate computing technology in a textiles, clothing and footwear workplace; Identify fibres, yarns and textile materials and their uses in textile production; Identify fibres and fabrics; Apply textile clothing and footwear market supply systems; Analyse textiles clothing and footwear merchandising and marketing principles; Coordinate quality assurance for textiles, clothing and footwear products and services; Work with international textiles, clothing and footwear supply chains; Identify opportunities in the textiles, clothing and footwear market; plus more and electives.
