The Bachelor of Accounting provides its graduates with the skills, knowledge and attributes required by accountants to perform effectively in modern business environments. The units provide financial accounting, management accounting and auditing skills necessary to obtain professional accreditation, as well as skills in the areas of information technology, marketing, and organisational behaviour and operations. It provides scope for the development of critical thinking and problem solving skills whilst also emphasising the importance of corporate responsibility, ethics and governance.
