This qualification is part of the Business Services Training Package. It suitable for individuals who are program managers, managing or directing a suite of projects to achieve organisational objectives. This qualification will prepare participants to use initiative and judgement to direct, plan, and lead a range of program functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.

Diploma of Project Management or other relevant qualification; or extensive relevant employment experience
