This qualification is part of the Training and Education Training Package. It provides the skills and knowledge needed to deliver training and assessment services within the vocational education and training sector.

Entry Requirements:

Students must have achieved Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or another relevant qualification; vocational experience in training and assessment roles within an RTO or similar organisation; or extensive experience in training and assessment roles.

Structure:

10 units: 6 core; 4 elective

Subjects you can Study:

Core: Provide advanced assessment practice; Design and develop assessment tools; Provide advanced facilitation practice; Design and develop learning strategies; Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills; Maintain and enhance professional practice. Electives: Design and develop e-learning resources; Research and develop units of competency; Facilitate e-learning; Lead assessment validation processes; Work in partnership with industry, enterprises and community groups; Apply research to training and assessment practice; plus more.
