Master of Business Administration - Professional Practice

This course is designed to develop the key attributes and skills required by middle managers in a range of areas including commerce, industry and public sector. Participants choose to study a particular set of units, combined with a period of approved professional practice experience/or research, providing the graduate the opportunity to apply their theoretical understanding to the reality of the workplace.

Entry Requirements:

Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in a business or related field plus a minimum of 6 months employment experience

Structure:

The course consists of a total of 160 credit points, comprising of 120 credit points of core units plus 40 credit points from specialist elective units.

This program is offered internally or through completion of a combination of internal and external units of study. Only international students are eligible to study at CDU Melbourne and CDU Sydney. Summer Semester intake for international students is not available at CDU Waterfront Darwin. Professional Practice placements are limited and may not be available in every state and territory. Students are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements and meeting all associated costs. Students wishing to undertake Professional Practice units should first undertake a preliminary interview with the Head of School.
