Bar Service and Operation (Training Program)

This training program is made up of units from the Tourism, Hospitality and Events Training Package. It is designed to provide students with training in a real bar environment. It covers bar operation, cleaning and tidying bars, responsible service of alcohol, cocktail making and a brewery tour.
