This qualification is part of the Health Training Package. It covers the skills needed to work at practitioner level in nutritional medicine.

Entry Requirements:

Relevant Diploma; or year 12 or equivalent


23 units: 12 core; 9 specialisation; 2 elective

Subjects you can Study:

Core: Contribute to effective workplace relationships; Confirm physical health status; Analyse health information; Communicate effectively with clients; Make referrals to other health care professionals when appropriate; Develop professional expertise; Maintain an effective health work environment; plus more. Specialist: Apply literature research findings to clinical practice; Apply a nutritional medicine diagnostic framework; Perform nutritional medicine health assessment; Prepare and dispense nutritional and dietary supplements; plus electives.
