Facilitate Inclusion for People with a Disability (SIS Unit)

AUSTSWIM

This unit is part of the Sport, Fitness and Recreation Training Package. It describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to identify and facilitate sport, recreation and fitness opportunities for people with a disability. It applies to group leaders in the sport, recreation or fitness industry who work with established organisational policies and procedures. This includes those working in after-school or holiday-care programs, as a coaching assistant, or in support roles in indoor or outdoor recreation activities, such as camps and guided activities.
