Barkuma Training is the Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID 40010) of Barkuma Inc, a Not for Profit member based organisation providing services to People with Disabilities for over 50 years.

As a Registered Training Organisation embedded within the Disability sector we are uniquely placed to deliver nationally recognised qualifications for people who are seeking to gain employment in the disability sector, looking to develop their career or looking to engage within their community.

Our team is passionate about making a difference to the Disability and Community Services Sector through the delivery of relevant and up to date, high quality training. All of our trainers are well experienced in the sector, with many still active in support roles, which makes us one of South Australia's leading RTOs for real world disability training.

Entry requirements for Barkuma

All students applying for Certificate III and IV are required to meet with Barkuma Training for an Intake interview and sit a Language, literacy and numeracy assessment.

Transfering your previous study credits

Credit transfer applies when a student has previously completed a particular unit with the same unit code or equivalent.

External study oppurtunities

The provider can work with remote learners, generally using online learning and assessment material.
