The specific intent of The Captain Reg Saunders Memorial Scholarship is to support recipients to contribute to the eradication of drug and alcohol abuse within their community. The grants may be used for leadership training and/or personal development of recipients such that upon their return back to their communities they will be better equipped to provide advice and assist in projects and initiatives to combat and prevent substance abuse. This award is open to Vocational Education & Training (VET) students only. Student must undertake a course relevant to the guidelines of the Memorial Scholarship.
