It involves a broad range of skilled applications including requirements to evaluate and analyse current practices, to develop new criteria and procedures for performing current practices, and to provide leadership and guidance to others in applying skills and planning skill development.

Core: Apply chain of responsibility legislation, regulations and workplace procedures; Complete workplace orientation/induction procedures; Follow work health and safety procedures. Electives: Organise transport of freight or goods; Assess and monitor optimum stock levels; Regulate temperature controlled stock; Operate a forklift; Collect, analyse and present workplace data and information; Organise transport workload; Administer chain of responsibility policies and procedures; Coordinate the erection and dismantling of temporary storage facilities; plus more.
