This qualification is part of the Retail Services Training Package. It reflects the role of individuals who have the primary responsibility of engaging the customer, maintaining daily store operations and delivering on organisational expectations in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants.

13 units: 8 core; 5 elective

Elective: Work with diverse people; Handle food safely in a retail environment; Receive and handle retail stock; plus more.
