This qualification is part of the Screen and Media Training Package. It is designed for individuals who wish to further develop their skills and knowledge base in a wide variety of contexts in the film, television, radio and digital media industries. Participants will engage with a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources in order to create solutions. Students have the opportunity to choose from a variety of areas including: animation and digital effects, audio and sound, broadcasting and camera and cinematography. They will also have the opportunity to build upon their leadership and management skills.

Established in 1993, Brisbane Indigenous Media Association Inc (BIMA) is a licensed radio Broadcaster and Registered Training Organisation (trading as Triple A Training). BIMA is a pre-qualified supplier (PQS) with the Queensland Deparment of Education, Training and Employment to deliver a broad range of training and qualifications in Screen, Media, Broadcast Technology, Business, ICT, First Nations Culture and Visual Arts.
