This course aims to provide vocational preparation for people with a range of special learning needs who wish to gain employment or further vocational training.

Entry Requirements:

Entrance requirements may vary. Some providers may require the applicant to have special learning needs and be 16 years of age; or be at least 15 years.

Subjects you can Study:

Contribute to health and safety of self and others; Develop an individual vocational plan with support; Prepare for employment; Participate in vocational activities; Participate in practical placement with support; Develop personal management skills for work; Participate in job seeking activities; Recognise and interpret safety signs and symbols; Develop interpersonal communication skills for the workplace; plus more.

Study Pathways:

Credit transfer can occur into vocational courses (depending on the electives completed) and the Certificates of General Education for Adults.
