This course enables the development of English language speaking, listening, reading and writing skills and knowledge in the context of the Australian workplace. The qualification includes outcomes focusing on preparation for employment, employability skills, literacy skills including digital literacy skills, and awareness of basic workplace safety and work culture in the Australian context.
