Celtic Training

This qualification is part of the Training and Education Training Package. It reflects the roles of training developers and instructional designers responsible for analysing training needs and designing training solutions and products to meet workplace capability requirements, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. They have a role in providing guidance and advice to trainers and assessors, promoting innovative practices, e.g. e-learning, and in researching and incorporating best practice in training and assessment into training programs and products.

Structure:

10 units: 5 core; 5 elective

Subjects you can Study:

Core: Design and develop assessment tools; Design and develop learning strategies; Design and develop learning resources; Evaluate a training program; Undertake organisational training needs analysis. Electives: Lead assessment validation processes; Research and develop units of competency; Maintain and enhance professional practice; Work in partnership with industry, enterprises and community groups; Support the development of adult language literacy and numeracy skills; plus more.
