What are we most proud of?

CSU is the university with Australia’s highest graduate employment rate. Our graduates also have one of the highest starting salaries in Australia.*

That isn’t by accident

At CSU, we pack our courses full of hands-on learning in our world-class facilities. We focus all our energy on getting you ready for the job you want, as we believe that having a job you love is the key to living a full and happy life. You benefit, your family benefits and our communities benefit.

Worth

It’s a word that means a lot to us. What is your education worth? What is getting a job that fulfils you worth? What is being able to study while working worth? What is being able to gain the same qualification whether you’re living in major city or a tiny town worth?

To us – everything

CSU’s ethos is ‘Yindyamarra Winhanganha’, a Wiradjuri phrase meaning ‘the wisdom of respectfully knowing how to live well in a world worth living in’. It’s this wisdom that we strive to achieve every day for our students, our communities and ourselves.

Insightful, inclusive, impactful and inspiring

These are our values, derived from our ethos. We believe that by working together, with these values as our guide, we can make this a world worth living in. And we think that something as simple as helping you get the job of your dreams is a good place to start.
