256 points - 200 core subjects and 56 points in a specialisation.

Charles Sturt University frequently recognises prior learning including study at other institutions in many of its degrees. Each request for credit is individually assessed prior to commencement of the course.

The Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Medical Imaging), Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Nuclear Medicine) and Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Radiation Therapy) have been accredited with conditions by the Medical Radiation Practice Accreditation Committee and on graduation Charles Sturt University graduates are able to register with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (MRPBA). Graduates of the medical imaging and radiation therapy specialisations are also eligible to become members of the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMIRT). Graduates of the nuclear medicine specialisation are eligible for membership of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nuclear Medicine (ANZSNM).par
