- Be working as an intelligence practitioner in a law enforcement, national security, regulatory, or commercial agency.
- Demonstrate professional experience in one or more intelligence practitioner contexts (strategic, operational, or tactical intelligence).
- Have completed a relevant Charles Sturt University intelligence short course, or an industry based course recognised by Charles Sturt University.
- Hold an undergraduate or post-graduate qualification in criminology, justice, or security studies.
- Satisfy the Course Director of other skills or professional qualifications that would make the candidate eligible for entrance into the course.
