This scholarship is provided by the friends of Charles Sturt University, the many service organisations, individuals and corporations throughout our region who give generously via the Charles Sturt University Foundation Trust in support of the University and its students. Their gifts allow Charles Sturt University to offer more than 200 Foundation scholarships each year to students across the campuses of CSU.

Eligibility Requirements

Students must reside within the Port Macquarie Local Government Area and have completed the majority of their schooling in Port Macquarie (supporting documentation to be provided).; Applicant to be experiencing genuine financial hardship. Demonstrate financial hardship by providing a Centrelink Income Statement or outline your financial need in the 'Why financial assistance is required' free text box in application.; Applicant to show demonstrated involvement in the local community.; Preference will be given to an applicant who is a long-term resident of the Port Macquarie- Hastings Council local government area on the Mid North Coast, New South Wales.
