The scholarship is supported by friends of Charles Sturt University, including service organisations, individuals and corporations in the Riverina region who give generously via the Charles Sturt University Foundation Trust to support of continuing indigenous students studying social work or social welfare.

Eligibility

Applicants must: be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent; be enrolled in their second, third or fourth year of a Bachelor of Social Work/Social Welfare or Bachelor of Social Work at the Wagga Wagga campus; and demonstrate sound academic performance.

Amount $2,000

The scholarship is a one-off payment of $2,000.
