The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Diploma of Professional Practice (Co-op Engineering) will enable students to become a qualified engineering, with the choice to specialise in civil, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic or mining engineering. In addition this course features 48 weeks of paid work placement as well as project-based learning, allowing students to graduate with relevant and recent industry experience.

Standard entry requirements
- English (Units 3 & 4, C) or equivalent
- Mathematical Methods (Units 3 & 4, C) or equivalent. English language requirements apply.
Upon completion of the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Diploma of Professional Practice (Co-op Engineering) students will satisfy the academic requirements for membership with Engineers Australia as a professional engineer.
Exit awards: Bachelor of Engineering (Honours); Diploma of Engineering Studies. Interim award: Bachelor of Engineering (Honours). Upon completion of the course students may undertake postgraduate studies in engineering and management including Master of Engineering and Master of Management for Engineers.
