- A completed Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) equivalent Bachelor degree or higher equivalent qualification, with a minimum of three years' relevant* experience in an educational setting

- Or a completed CQUniversity Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership or equivalent qualification.
