Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management


This course gives students knowledge and skills in the field of human resources. Students will develop skills and expertise in human resource management (HRM), industrial relations and management functions both in Australian and global contexts. The course is designed for professionals currently working in human resource management or related fields and who wish to gain professional qualifications in HRM. It also caters for early career professionals from other disciplines who would like to develop HRM skills.

A completed bachelor degree in any discipline from an Australian university or college, or equivalent; or a completed CQUniversity Graduate Certificate in Management or equivalent
