Our postgraduate health promotion courses emphasise a preventative approach to healthcare, and will develop your knowledge and skills in the major principles of health promotion, as well as prepare you with the ability to apply this knowledge in diverse settings. In this course you will plan, implement and evaluate health promotion programs, develop your theoretical understanding of health promotion and examine a range of current health promotion issues.

Entry Requirements:

Applicants must hold a bachelor degree and Graduate Certificate in Nursing (Graduate Certificate with a course weighted average of 70) or equivalent and registration as a general nurse in Division One with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).

Structure:

Graduate Diplomas prepare students to develop advanced knowledge and skills for professional or highly skilled work and further learning corresponding to AQF level 8 qualifications.
