This course has a focus on international commercial law and corporate regulation. It equips students with fundamental disciplinary knowledge on important areas of the Australian and international legal system and recent professional practice developments. The course covers new developments in major areas of human activity (internet technology, health, financial services), and increased regulation in traditional areas (natural resources, dispute resolution, human rights) to equip students with a high level of knowledge for an advanced legal career.

Entry Requirements:

An Honours degree or equivalent in the same discipline, or Bachelor degree or equivalent in the same discipline plus two years relevant work experience.

Structure:

8 credit points; 4 core units; 4 elective units from a specified list, plus completion of the compulsory zero credit point academic integrity unit.
