The quality of training I received from ECTARC was impeccable and I have been given so many opportunities for growth and development within my educator role. I have been met with so much support and encouragement from my ECTARC Training Officer, the training organisation and my fellow educators. I am constantly giving glowing reviews of ECTARC and the quality training they provide and recommending them to others who want to pursue a career in childcare. The values and policies that ECTARC stand for make me proud to work with them and learn from all they have to offer. I was proud to be announced as a NSW Training of the Year finalist in 2021 and am now upgrading my Certificate III to a CHC50113 Diploma of Education and Care with ECTARC. I encourage anyone who is thinking about becoming educator to commence training as education and working with children in an amazing and rewarding career.
