Endeavour College of Natural Health

Endeavour College is the largest Natural Medicine College in the Southern Hemisphere, with six campuses across Australia in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Sydney and the Gold Coast. Formerly Australian College of Natural Medicine or ACNM, it began in 1975 as a small Acupuncture college with 16 students and now has over 6000 students nationwide.

Description Endeavour College of Natural Health offers two scholarships annually that are open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander school leaver and Gap year students aged 17 - 19 years of age who are seeking a career in the natural health industry. We are looking for students that have a passion for natural health and high academic aptitude in science subjects. The scholarship program provides recipients with the opportunity to study their passion and includes a bursary for books or extra tuition support. Scholarships are awarded for study at the College's campuses in Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. The scholarship review panel will determine the most worthy applicants based on demonstrated academic achievement, good communication and leadership skills, and extra-curricular involvement through secondary school.
Eligibility Applicants must: identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, secondary school leavers or gap year students from 17-19 years of age during year of application and turning minimum 18 in their first year of tertiary study post year 12; be enrolling as a full-time student in Bachelor of Health Science degrees in one on the following: Naturopathy; Nutritional and Dietetic medicine; Acupuncture; Myotherapy or Bachelor Degree in Complementary Medicine; meet all course admission requirements as per the Admissions Policy; be able to commit to full-time, on-campus study for the teaching period relevant to the scholarship program; meet academic standards set by the College; and sign and agree to the Scholarship Contract. The panel will also look for documented passion for the natural health industry and ability to act as a student role model and college ambassador. As a scholarship recipient the student will also be required to represent Endeavour as an Ambassador and attend some school-specific events.
