Excelsia University College

Excelsia supported place (ESP)

Level of study: Postgraduate, Undergraduate / VET

Closing date: continuous applications

An Excelsia supported place (ESP) is a place provided at Excelsia University College to eligible domestic applicants to study selected courses where Excelsia pays part of your fees. This is a subsidy to reduce the cost of your course. It means that you do not pay the full course fees. It is not a loan, and you don’t have to pay it back. However, this subsidy does not cover the entire cost of your course. The remaining cost is called the student contribution amount. You are responsible for paying the student contribution amount either upfront to Excelsia University College by the census date, or by applying for FEE-HELP. For more information about applying for FEE-HELP, see the Study Assist website. For example, Lily wants to study a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (Birth to 5) to become an early childhood pre-primary teacher. If she applies for and receives an ESP, her annual student contribution amount for her first-year tuition fee will be $4,627. If she is not offered an ESP or chooses a degree at Excelsia which is not covered under ESP, her first-year tuition fee will be the set tuition fee for that degree, and the details can be found under Course Fees on the Fees and Scholarship page.Accessing ESP can make a significant difference to the cost of your study.
