Responsible service of alcohol (Skills Set)

This skill set is made up of units from the Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package. It provides credit towards a qualification in tourism, travel, hospitality, events, holiday parks and resorts. It is suitable for personnel involved in the sale, service, and promotional service of alcohol in licensed premises. It also applies to the licensee who is responsible for managing the responsible service of alcohol.
